Phoned to start my puppy on a pet plan, which you’d consider to be a 5 minute job. Was on the phone for 20 minutes, and the majority of the time I was put on hold as customers kept coming in/up to the front desk? I was then told I needed to be phoned back as there was too many consultations going on. Why wasn’t I just told this before putting me on hold? I was not phoned back as promised! Taken my puppy’s health plan elsewhere and was sorted in a more professional manner.
