Ordered some compost, which I needed to come fairly promptly, everything seemed to run smoothly up until a couple hours of my order being confirmed to then have a phone call being told the item is out of stock and the money should be back in my account within a few days. Perhaps someone should be taking stock of inventory and updating the site, i also don't appreciate having money in limbo for no reason. Very unprofessional.

Great customer service! I placed an order for a large bag of feed online, shortly after I recieved a call from a very helpful gentleman informing me that unfortunately they where out of stock and struggling to get a supply. He reassured me that the payment wouldn't be processed. I would definitely consider using this firm in the future. Thank you
