This is the worst dental practice I have every been to. The dentist is un Caring and treat patients as if he is examining a piece of meat. The reception staff are very rude and bias' when picking the phone up..they dont even say the dental practice name or even dentist how can I help. You can never get an appointment. That is all before I even thouch on the subject of the very rude and belittling the practice manage who acts like she is god as she is the owner. She acts as if she is not accountable to the NHS or dentistry registry council standards of practice. She has no customer care or manners to be Frank. She walked in my consultantion that I paid £22.50 for to discuss "other patients" care plans with the dentist. While I was sat in the chair in pain from a tooth ache. This was a blatant breech of confidentially but she didnt care when I told her because she is the owner as she states. she believes she doesnt need to abide by NHS England guideline. They generally displays poor practice, customer and GDPR and confidentially processes. STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR ORAL HEALTH

Don’t go here. Poor service & attention to detail. The worst dentist I’ve been to. The guy is too trigger happy when it comes to removing teeth which need a filling at most. Had one filling done here previously which was a complete bodge, too much tooth material removed & filling just slapped on (exact words from my current dentist). Went to a private clinic which confirmed a filling was all that was required. They also repaired the bodged tooth for me at no extra cost. If you care about your teeth find another clinic or go private.

I am terribly dissatisfied and will not visit this place again! I stood with my front teeth filed for almost a month, and the dentist made excuses that they were not ready and called me several times to file my teeth a little bit at a time, and for money! I am a single mother and had to bring my children with me. I had about 10 visits. And finally, he didn't make them for me properly, there is a space between the crown and crown of the teeth , and food is getting in! I had a lot of nerves and worries and maybe I should have sought my rights and complained about his frivolous attitude!

i have been going there for few years, and all the time i had to wait 20 to 40 minutes, the other day i was late 17 minutes and did not let me go or wait, the lady at the desk was to busy having chips and talking about fashion with the other friend, when i told he this was not fare, she told me I should go private, in NHS all the time is like this. i will not go back there
