Unprofessional and poor service Delivered beams which were bent horizontally and infill panels wouldn't fit properly. Argued to get new beams and was delayed by a couple of weeks waiting for new beams to be delivered. Infill panels delivered by separate company and only half were delivered. Had to wait for separate delivery for rest of panels, which were badly damaged and clearly not new. Complained and had to highlight consumer rights to get new panels, which again were just bundled together loose and clearly left overs from other jobs. Finally received another lot of infill panels which were all loose. However despite contacting Milbank by phone and email they haven't responded about picking up any of the damaged panels. I've had the expense of paying to get these removed as I don't have a large enough vehicle to dispose of these damaged panels. I've not had an apology or offered any compensation. Don't use this company unless you want to suffer a litany of terrible service and damaged products.
