I experienced my worst shopping experience here. I approached an older gentleman working there and asked: "If I can see more clothes with this material". He responded, "Yes, there are many; go look around, " I asked him again if he could show me, and he responded I do not know what you want. it's up to the customer to find it. Later I asked if he could show me a different size, and he then asked me if I am going to buy it. I told him he was being insulting and arrogant. He responded I am older and KNOW MORE THAN YOU. I will never visit this establishment again

Really let down by the customer service. Whilst trying trousers, before I had the chance to hang the previous trousers I had tried up on a hanger, the staff member made a snarky comment of ‘you wouldn’t like it if I left your trousers on the floor would you?’ Other snarky comments were made to my friend. I was a bit taken back as we were being friendly. Completely unnecessary and a massive shame as I was about to buy a suit there. If I’m spending hundreds of pounds of hard earned money at your shop, the least I expect is a bit of friendly respect… Those comments alone have cost you unfortunately. Wouldn’t recommend.

Westfield Stratford . Poor customer service . While trying on a couple of suites assist kept me waiting by messaging on his phone . Not really interested in my requirements. Asked me several times the same questions regarding what I wanted . Did not believe me when I said I needed longer trousers. Tried to offer me a dark blue shirt for a dark blue suite , clearly no ideas on styling . He then became irritated because I would not commit to a purchase . Went to Camden and got my suite instead . A complete difference in customer service .
