Mike guided us with great sensitivity to make a very personal ceremony for our Mum and Dad after they passed away within a short time of each other, calmly dealing with some specific issues for a double funeral. He listened carefully to what we wanted and then helped us make it happen, making suggestions for the order, music, poems and the best way to involve the adult grandchildren. Mike led a beautiful and fitting ceremony, making us feel that he knew Mum and Dad, even though he never met them.
