Visited the shop after suffering a significant issue with my rear wheel mid ride on a weekend away. I couldn't fault the really friendly staff, particularly the member of the team who took the time to show me the problem and identify a solution that allowed me to get through another ride the next day. It's a shame I don't live local to Kenilworth, if I did I wouldn't hesitate to use the shop again.

The whole experience I had with Mike and his team in purchasing my new bike was first rate. From the first conversation talking through my options and the open dialogue throughout, to the informative test rides to compare different models, to ordering the one I settled on with the price match promise, right through to the collection where the bike had been expertly assembled with the additional parts I'd requested, my own saddle and pedals fitted, and a complete rundown of how everything works given. I even got help with loading the bike into my car! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful to a fault, and I could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you!
