Your association with a letting agency resulted in my mother being falsely accused of leaving a negative review for your company. She was threatened in an attempt to force her to remove something she was not responsible for. This person made it clear they were under pressure by someone at Mike Thorpe. This was unprofessional and unfair not to mention a complete disgrace. If someone leaves you a negative review, they more than likely have cause and should not be threatened into removing it. Atleast find the right person first! In terms of workmanship, employees visited our rented home on two occasions (organised by the letting agency) and whilst the work was completed to an acceptable standard, the customer service was lacking in terms of being quite unfriendly and not making or keeping to an appointment time.
