I called Mike this bank holiday morning as my Bernina sewing machinine was jammed. I wasn't expecting him to be able to come out on a bank hol but to my delight he did! He fixed it promptly (bobbin case loose and needed screwing back in place) and it's running beautfully again now. He gave me lots of good advice too.
