I ordered some dive boots, a new wetsuit and a Mares EOS 10LRZ Dive Torch. The boots weren't the right size and the torch was too bulky for what I was looking for. I returned the torch and boots via DPD to Mike's only to receive a refund for the Boots. The torch is £170!!! When I contacted them they said they hadn't received it and I need to contact DPD to complain, which I still going through now, months later. I don't feel confident to order from the shop again. I followed the returns process, signing in online and going via DPD only to not have the return completed. I've not had this before. Be careful when returning items and make sure to take pictures of the return before sending it to be safe.
