    If you'd like to pay £2.5k for a job left unfinished, with sight-sore work and lies in his replys to your review then I highly recommend Mike. Mike, myself and my partner downloaded an app called 'Cube ACR' before starting our renovation. This records all calls which I would be more than happy to share, proving that your comment against Richards reply about us verbally abusing your PA is bull. Collwctively we spoke to her 3 times simply asking for you to get in touch with us. Now to start the story for your customers. This guy is awesome, our first meet was at our house for 2pm. Mike was very prompt arriving at 430pm. I was very impressed and luckily I had the afternoon off work...... He recommended we install our new water cylinder in the loft and to do so we were to board it out....so that weekend, we had the loft insulated and boarded. But Mike had a wicked idea....installing the cylinder in our downstairs loo!! Please see attached picture....beautiful isn't it? Again, very impressed. Mike also installed some amazing pipework in our Lounge, picture attached. Normal plumbers generally take it to the corner of the room or feed it underneath the floor boards. He suggested that we can "hide them with curtains" - but if I'm honest, it's a quite a feature & my 4 year old loves to touch hot pipes. If the above wasn't thoughtful enough, he even installed an overflow pipe right above our outside cupboard - which is amazing, imagine on a summer day and our overflow kicked in! Get the lawnmower out thr cupboard and be dripped on to cool down!! Would never have thought of this myself. Now even though we quite like the look of the water cylinder in our downstairs loo, we needed somewhere to put our towels therefore requested it was moved to the loft, as originally (and in writing) was discussed and the beautiful pipes in the living room were also moved.... We did change our mind on the boiler for a combi, which we were more than happy to pay the extra for once Mike explained the price difference. It was then Mike decided to TEXT to inform us he won't be returning. We found out today that the cylinder provided won't actually fit in the loft without cutting the hatch wider!! (believe this could be what took him over the edge....poor guy) Mike has 2.5k of our money and are we left with all of the above and STILL no heating. What a legend. Cannot thank you enough. The only thing I would be critical of is his lack of communication. I love a chat, a phone call is always welcome and if you could be more rude to other builders on-site, I think they'd appreciate it. Smashed out an amazing catalogue of errors!     Mike Oliver is an absolute joke of a plumber. After making a catalogue of errors with the job that I contracted him for and making awful decisions about where to install pipework etc in my house Mike that had the audacity to leave my job half done, leave me without any hot water and heating and tell me "don't worry I won't be expecting the remainder of the payment". 100% avoid at all costs an awful person and god awful plumber.
