I started seeing Mike for coaching on recommendation from a friend. From the first session I could feel such an improvement and things continued to improve quickly with every subsequent session. Mikes approach combines his knowledge of many different techniques and practices and it is this which I think makes him so effective. To say working with someone is life changing seems a big statement but this is genuinely how I feel. I can't recommend him highly enough.
