Mike Review: Mike was impatient, constantly grabbed the wheel, lesson effectiveness was erratic based on his mood. He did not remember what had been covered previously and he kept no record logs for lessons. We spent most of the time driving in circles round an estate even after 15 lessons, this was not effective. He raised prices 4 weeks prior to when my test was booked. This was done by text message on a Sunday evening saying that it was effective from the two days later and stating the war in Ukraine as a reason. I think that when people are suffering and everyone is experiencing hardship that this is an unethical way to behave. He then stopped communicating when I expressed that I wasn't happy but would accept it providing he didn't talk about it. This is because he spent a large amount of lesson time talking about his views on society and labouring his opinions on me. I found Mike's communication style distasteful but I'll let readers decide on what's acceptable with your moral compasses. Images attached. I would recommend anyone else to stay clear of Mike Del Grosso.

Mike has been excellent throughout our son’s driving tuition, very approachable and quick to respond to communications. Mike provided us with advice throughout and our son passed first time so we can’t ask for anything more. We had no issues in booking lessons even though our son started during the tail end of COVID restrictions and others were experiencing a lack of driving instructor availability. Would recommend Mike based on our experience with him.
