Sarah Fisher and her team are the best. Having dealt with a number of other building management companies who are eager to sign you up but then take days to call back when there's a problem, I can vouch that in my six or so years as a client, MIH has always responded quickly and effectively. They have saved me and the other freeholders a lot of time and money by bringing in top service providers to repair the building when needed. Since they manage a number of properties, they have an excellent network of maintenance providers who show up sooner rather than later. You're never chasing after a furnace repair guy only to have him schedule you for two weeks down the road. With MIH, repair workers show up very promptly, which is a huge plus. More important, the people they hire always do high quality work. Not only does the company provide excellent day-to-day service, but Sarah Fisher, its leader, is very good at getting people to agree on various building issues. Freeholders often have different priorities, means, and levels of commitment to building maintenance. Sarah recognized this, presented several maintenance plans to us and proved very effective in getting everyone to agree on one. She can be charming and good for a laugh, but is not afraid to push when necessary. Her greatest asset is she gets things done. As the owner of a rental flat living 6,000 miles away from London, I needed a building manager whom I could trust to do the job effectively and stay on budget while making very few demands on my time. Sarah and her team have delivered on all fronts.

We own a commercial unit as part of the MyBase properties located on 130 Webber Street. MIH were appointed in late 2018. Since their appointment we have found that they are responsive, efficient, professional and always try and assist in problem resolving. Clearly they have been handed a tough task after a string of useless agents whose service was neglectful to say the least. It is a massive difference compared to old agents who have never shown the level of care and interest shown by MIH.
