If I could, I would not even give this single star. An organization that practically never answered any question and always says that we can't do anything. Dear friends, please quit your job and let people talk directly with the relevant officials about the problem so that lives are not lost. The reason why this organization receives the salary is not clear and only some people pick up the phone to say that unfortunately we cannot do anything.
