Lady was so rude. She had to rip off my bandage plaster off my c section 5 days post and moaned at me with sarcastic comments because I yelled in pain and told me to do it myself then. Disgusting especially when emotions are high after having a baby. What kind of staff and service are they running here.

Where is the point in having a midwife service when all she can advise is to go a&e for every problem you call her for ?

They have set the rules that only the patient can enter solely. However they couldn't be bothered to take into account vulnerability for those who need assistance and instead of putting something in place to help all they do is apologise and say we will try to make it work. I dont think that's very helpful and doesn't inspire confidence.
