I was with the company for 5 years the last 2 years were hell. The company does not look after its staff at all. Staff moral is so low, they employ staff that are incompetent and have no idea how to do the job. The manager was inappropriate with a service user concerns were made but nothing got done about it. There is no confidentiality if you told her anything she would be telling other people in their supervisions or outside on the carpark. The whistle blowing policy is a joke. The manager was reported by 4 different members of staff and she was told what was said. Honest to God its the worst company I've ever worked for. The manger tells lies to professionals to make out the service users are worse than they are. The service users feel trapped and feel like they live in a secure unit not a supported living unit!

A company that will put you off ever working in care again. Management are a mess who only care for the ££ and status. Complaints are swept under the carpet. Staff report management wrongdoings however the company are running so short on staff that they would rather side with and keep the incompetent management regardless of staff concerns. No recognition for hard work. No bonuses. No communication across the board. No respect. No confidentiality. Very disorganised. Very unprofessional. The service users do not come first. Neglect is rife. Management belittle and bully staff and service users. Even operational management are rude, disrespectful and only care to look down on underpaid support staff rather than supporting and valuing the staff and their efforts. If you ever want to discover the dark side of the care sector, apply to work for this company and discover how horrific it can be. The very few positive reviews written on here are written by management of the company, including recruitment management, to mislead you into thinking that this company is great. Let me reassure you that it is the worst company you could ever work for in every shame and form. If panorama discovered what happens within this company they would have a field day.
