    Just received a threatening letter from rural housings solicitor.... Regarding a annual gas safety check... Rural housing having given liberty gas the contract to service there boilers.. this is what happened to me....I received a text message from liberty gas at 3pm one afternoon saying we are coming to service your boiler tomorrow "all day "... So I emailed them saying I don't think so...less than 24 hours notice is not acceptable... A week later I came home from work to find a note saying you have missed your appointment...(they never made a appointment)... So I emailed again...I then made an appointment for a week later...I stayed in all day and left at 5 pm they didn't show... upon returning home they left a card saying i missed my appointment..(they came at 5.20) now I have a threatening letter with court action and cost because they employ a joke of a company called liberty gas...
