They are unable to honour their quoted prices, disrespect the properties and residents where they work and generally cause distress. Hopefully the genuine reviews will start to expose this company for who they really are…

Avoid!! Not a roofer so can’t comment on quality of repairs, but they were completely unprofessional. Prices kept rising and an itemised invoice was never provided. I felt highly pressured and stressed, as other reviews have also said. Hounded for payment, but once I’d paid, I was completely ignored, including requests to come and tidy up after themselves, as the garden was left in a complete mess. Glass was smashed in the front garden, and cement (pictured) left all down the side of the house. Even left cement in our garden waste bin. It’s clear the reviews are fake (tens of 5 star reviews on the same day, by people who’ve only reviewed the same 4 construction companies). Do not use.

Be careful with this firm... Unprofessional to the point of causing distress. They don't make it clear how much the work will cost and make it up as they go. They left the house in a state and have stopped communicating when asked to clean up. You can tell this is a dodgy outfit because most of these reviews are fake - they seem to have done hundreds of jobs in December 2022 which is unbelievable as this is a tiny company. The only redeeming quality is that they actually did something to the roof, although I would not be surprised if they used bin bags and blue tac - time will tell Service: Roof repair

Midlands Roofcare told me the felt on my flat roof above my bay window was perished and they recommended replacing it with fiberglass. They charged an extra £780 for this and it turns out they just painted over the felt, including the moss, with a tub of acrypol costing around £35. The slates on either side of my bay window are still out of place, they never addressed the gap in my ridge tiles and the gutters haven't been cleaned out. James was supposed to come back the next day to take photos of the work and collect the outstanding balance but he didn't turn up. I also didn't receive an invoice or guarantee for the work, you can see why looking at the photos. Services: Roof repair, Gutter cleaning

The company is very honest and did not hesitate to provide me a detailed proposal without asking how much my insurance will reimburse me. I tried asking for proposal from other A rated companies , but all they say was "whatever The insurance will pay you, you just have to add your deductible ", which sounds fishy. I never regret going with midlands Roofcare.
