Mpft are corrupt social workers. Anthony Holmes targets vulnerable adults who need support when they are suffering from dementia. He asked my mother who has lost capacity and so confused about her finances. She needs support not social workers trying to con her out of money. He forced her to put her property on the market.

Excellent services with clinicians and staff who genuinely care. Much faster waiting times than neighbouring foundation trusts. Easy to contact, access to quick treatment with a good range of options.

This trust is not only the very definition of the word incompetent, but had also broken data protection laws twice - and I haven't even worked here yet. I signed up for the bank in September and was promised a job in critical care. After not emailing and calling I only found out in December that this role was filled with other bank workers and that I was not qualified (despite the trust offering it to me in be first place). The months following this were spent attempting to get in touch with who in my opinion is an absolutely embarrassment to the NHS. I received no work in the 9 months of my "employment". I'd like to say that this was the end of my issues, but this trust seems to be nothing if not consistent in its unadulterated unprofessionalism. I decided in February to request my details be taken off the system so I could find employment elsewhere (i.e: an employer with the mental wherewithal to actually give me a job after they offer me one) and received an email back obliging with this request. A month later I was sent a contract with my name and details filled in for me. Not only was contacting my personal email after requesting it be removed against data protection laws, but I was also told that if I did not sign the contract within 7 days then they would ASSUME I ACCEPT THE JOB. This is not how contracts work, this is not how consent works, and it definitely isn't how the NHS should work. This trust is absolutely abysmal in its service and nothing but a powerful stain on the NHS map. Following a long phone call to the trust to threaten legal action for keeping my personal information, I was continued to be contacted a month later with more contracts. GDPR article 17 outlines a person's "right to erasure" which states that if you ask a company to remove your details when you don't work for them, they have to (by law). After the phone call following this I was then told I was taken off not only the MFPT mailing list but also the mailing list for UHNM, which is the place I ACTUALLY WORK. So the trust took it upon themselves to not only screw me around with no employment but also tried to mess up my current employment for me as well. I cannot offer much advice in life, but I can honestly say without a shadow of a doubt that nobody should work here. The company is nothing but unprofessional, impossible to contact and whoever is in charge of (not) keeping up to date with data protection laws should be ashamed. If this company contacts me again I will be taking legal action against them considering I face already asked to stop being contacted twice. Absolute embarrassment to the NHS. Edit: since this review I am still receiving contact on my personal addresses. I will be taking this further than the trust as I've tried to call 6 times and was put through to 3 different lines each time when asking for the same extension and hanging up as soon as I'm through.
