I have been trying to contact this venue for several weeks. In spite of leaving messages on their answer phone, emailing them and leaving messages on their FB page and their website, no-one gets back to me. I have paid £27 to include one year's insurance and my first swim but no-one confirmed my booking. It states on their website if you turn up without an armband, you won't be allowed to swim, I haven't received an arm band. I have been ripped off as I've given them £27, so no, I'm not impressed at all. I have hand written to them requesting a refund and had nil response. I have a very poor view of them. There are plenty of other Midlands venues so I would definitely choose one of those over this shabby lot.

First time today, paid the annual insurance and booked a slot an hour before showing up. Was given a short brief of the lake then dived in - easy. Probably my favourite lake to swim in to date, not busy and the two courses are nice distances (300m & 650m)
