Absolutely dire can't ever get an appointment here.... Haven't had a face to face consultation since 2021!!! 94 attempts to get through back in December 2022 and was caller 26!!! Hung up and tried another day and when I finally got offered a phone consultation they had got my number wrong!!! No phone consultation thanks to their mistake!!! Yet the receptionist that day asked had they got the right number but failed to notice they had 12 digits instead of 11!!! Apparently I have potential COPD BUT I am left to suffer as I cannot get an appointment at this place... Was promised a call back this morning BUT that never happened 2/2/23

Had a detailed examination/consultation with James (Paramedic) followed by blood tests (all since initial call at 8am this morning). Thank you all, you are doing an amazing job.

I have been with this medical centre for over 6 years and I have not had one single good experience except with the phlebotomy nurses! Appointments are non-existent, receptionists are rude and you have to battle for even the most basic of care. I'm now in the process of changing to a surgery I've been recommended.
