OVERALL RECOMMENDATION **** (4 stars) if you are not in a hurry and can cope with the mess, you will end up with a well built conservatory at an excellent price. We've no regrets. We love it. Very good attention to detail, efficient and a really lovely person to work with! We could leave our house empty in the trusted hands of Midlands Windows & Double Glazing. The work has been carried out with high quality products and it has made such a positive impact on the house. Ali and his team built our porch for us. When we initially contacted him he came to give us a quote. After some back and forth with ideas he came a second time to confirm what we wanted and provide the final quote. Ali was very responsive and helpful in helping us with what we wanted. We paid an initial deposit and Ali started to order the material needed. It took 2 months before the team could start the work, this was only because it he had to source the right style bricks for us (we wanted as closely matching to our house as possible). He kept us updated throughout the process and was great at letting us know what was happening. The team started the work and were very efficient. They were all super friendly and worked hard. There was a slight delay in the building works, but again Ali kept us informed throughout and was responsive to us. We were really happy with the finished porch. He managed to match the windows and bricks brilliantly. The finish was lovely and he made it look great. We would happily recommend Ali and use him again in the future.

Please, please do not use this company - spend your hard earned money elsewhere. We had new windows installed and waited 4 weeks for our house keys to be returned once the job was complete. We repeatedly asked for them back but they were only returned once we complained to Checkatrade and their account was frozen. 8 weeks later, we are still waiting for certificates, collection of old glass/ frames and delivery of our kitchen window. To make things worse, their shoddy workmanship has resulted in water damage to new plaster on interior walls. We are beyond disappointed with their service. EDIT: Since submitting this review, I have received multiple threats from the director Muhammed Ali to take it down. I have been in contact with FENSA and CERTASS this morning (07/11/22) and he is not currently registered with either. I have been advised by them to contact Birmingham City Council to arrange for building regs to assess the work and provide certificates. If you find yourself waiting on certificates, I suggest you do the same.
