Stated there was delivery however it's only one day and at times which, for working people, is not usually possible. Plus the woman who dealt with me was not helpful in any way.

Just giving one star is too many , on the .30.05.22 we said goodbye to our dad and his wishes were to donate to air ambulance. .on the 01.06.22.myself and my 2 brothers went to the office at stourbridge .on entry we was met by sarah perry who couldn't of been non helpfull if she had tried too.it was if we had disturbed her and made us feel as if we shouldn't of been there , everything was too much trouble .when we came away we just looked at each other and said "did that just really happen " our dad meant everything to us and he would of gone mad knowing that happened.if we had known this was going to happen we would of gave it elsewhere but we respected dads wishes.our dad disliked ungrateful people and thats how we felt after .remember it doesn't matter if the donation is 10p it all counts ! The fact is we handed over £400 in cash and yes it doesn't seem alot to many but meant alot to the people who attended our dads funeral. Its the people on the ground who donate to your charity to help save lives never forget that.
