In particular Donna Rushton has made an extraordinary impact on me, my communication with the company started at the end of 2021 until May 2022 and many of our communications was between me and Donna. She was consistently polite, positive and I could sense her warmth through the phone. I eventually went into the office to finalise our business and I was graced to meet the staff. All the staff we’ve very pleasant however Donna’s hospitality, communication and consideration towards my needs was a highlight that has stuck with me. In my view Donna Rushton should be renamed the Director of first impressions. All the staff were brilliant during the entire process. 9 months after we finalised our business I went back to visit and Donna remembered my name and voice which is excellent in my eyes…Very good service. I will be honoured to do business with Midland Residency again.

They gave us a very warm welcoming when putting a property on the market and the customer service from all the estate advisors was very professional and helpful. Luckily the house sold quite quick so once the deal was was sold and signed, the house was soon off the market. Absolutely would recommend this estate agent to anyone buying or selling a property.
