Between Warren and Zoe, we were kept in the loop in the lead up to the survey and Warren called us with his verbal findings an hour or so after he had completed the inspection.     Brilliant service. Zoe was very efficient in answering my enquiry and providing a quote for a Level 3 survey. Warren carried out the survey and the report was very thorough. He called me immediately after the survey and took the time to explain every item, answering all my questions. They might be a bit more expensive, but the higher price is reflected in the quality of the work carried out and experience of the Surveyor doing it. A decent survey could save you thousands, worth ever penny.
