We own one of the homes pictured on this website. We selected Midland New Homes to build the structure of our self designed house using ICF. They also provided subcontractors for the external cladding (brickwork, roof tiles, gutters etc.). We were very pleased with the hardwork, expertise and good value provided by this company, and would recommend them especially if you are looking to build a modern well insulated house with a basement.
