I was impressed with the professionalism. The staff (could be the doctors) walking around had a friendly smile, which made me feel good. Doctor was also very professional. However, the only thing I dislike about this clinic is that I tried ringing it because I was running late because of the massive traffic on the M6, but I could not get hold of it. The ring keeps on going but no answer.

Happy to share a positive review of my experience at Midland Health in Edgbaston. From the ease of being able to book an initial appointment with a consultant, then to be able to book a swift procedure with minimal delay, the whole process was seamless from start to finish. The premises are light, bright and spacious, and there is a warm welcome from the reception staff, before a short wait in the comfortable waiting room. Tea and coffee are available if needed. The consulting rooms are, again, light, bright, spacious and well equipped. The consultant dermatologist I saw was clear, concise and absolutely professional. I felt in safe hands, and was happy to return for a surgical procedure at the clinic. I would have no hesitation in returning in the future, if the need arises.

If you're bored and nothing to do visit here as your left for nearly a hour without being acknowledged.. had a appointment confirmed via text for this place got there 12.25 pm got told weren't on system, showed my confirmation on phone got told to take a seat then left there for 50 mins, no check backs at all poor customer service, I had to ring the company myself and get them to ring the reception to get to the bottom of it... Suppose to be faster than NHS at least you get seen with them

I would like to say a massive thank you to Hema Patel. She is 100% the absolute best therapist I have ever had. Five stars are literally not enough to reflect Hema's skill, knowledge, compassion and critical thinking. I have come such a long way in the sessions I have had. I am not an easy client, with BPD and a lot of 'attitude', to say the least, but Hema knows how to break down my defences and challenging my thoughts without making me feel uncomfortable. I feel I have gone from self-destructive behaviour to gaining more of an insight into understanding of how the different pieces of my identity fit together. There is still way to go in the recovery process but I am getting there. Thank you Hema and I promise I will keep working at it 😊

I came here because I needed some blood tests and vaccinations at short notice. Making an appointment was very quick and easy. The practice is very beautiful and relaxing. The doctors and HCAs here are professional and good at their jobs. Very quality service but the price is on the higher side. Make sure you view their prices online before you book an appointment.

I’ve had a copper coil fitted, coil check up and a blood test to see if I have the blood clotting gene that runs in my family. Every time I have been the staff have been friendly and very clear on what was happening. I am an anxious person and they put me at ease which is great. Price can be a little expensive but for the service you get, I don’t have anything to complain about. I have now booked in for my son to get an allergy testing done. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to pay private and be happy with the results

My first impression of this clinic was really good, I was welcomed by Ashton at the reception who has a heart-warming welcome towards all patients that came in. Mike Tse took my bloods, he was very attentive and showed great knowledge of how he takes bloods as it was the first time I haven't felt any pain, he did it smoothly and swiftly and was asking if I was okay or in any pain. This shows how much he cares for his patients.The clinical advisor, Samiyah Hussein, has been very helpful. She was absolutely brilliant with handling my blood results in a short amount of time as I was undergoing a major surgery and was under alot of pressure to receive my blood results, but she has been very accommodating towards me and emailed me shortly after with the results. Dr Sarah Wright has also emailed me promptly with the results the following evening to double check that my results were normal and that there were no concerns. Couldn't thank this clinic enough and I would strongly recommend their service. I will definitely be returning as a regular patient as they were very quick with emailing me my results whereas with the NHS I would've had to wait a year. Absolutely outstanding clinic with amazing staff that work as a team!
