Booked via BMH to speak to one of your doctors. Felt very at ease, the information given was informative and I actually felt very emotional by the end of the consultation that I was finally being listened to. The process of obtaining the prescription could be quicker, nearly 2 weeks and probably 3 weeks by the time I receive the medicine, but I know this isn’t down to yourselves . Would definitely recommend

All staff very friendly & helpful was hard to find even with sat nav on tho as I don’t live in Birmingham found numbering strange on street didn’t make sense not a lot of parking space available either would’ve thought you have a car park too I had hay-fever jab a week ago another week to go to see if it works hasn’t yet kicked in at all don’t know yet whether I’d come again to have another one done depends if this works or not
