New boiler We had a great deal of trouble from a different company to fit a boiler, so was a bit apprehensive of ordering a new boiler. So got in touch with Midland Central Heating and Rob arrived to give us a quote and reassured us about the installation . On the day of installation Mike Chris and Jake arrived they were very friendly and courteous they did a great job, when they had finished Mike explained how to use the boiler and the thermostat all in all excellent experience, even down to the girls in the office who were also really helpful and knowledgable, would definitely recommend Midland Central Heating. Excellent service received from start to finish. Old boiler packed up in December and needed a new one fitting ASAP. Contacted Rob from Midlands Central Heating and arranged for him to come out and advise. Arrived on time, extremely helpful and knowledgeable which was extremely reassuring. Quote received same day. Happy with quote so boiler installation date was arranged, managed to fit us in despite being extremely busy due to severe weather conditions. Rob and Mike turned up on day and time as arranged and worked hard, efficiently and tidily. Unfortunately several problems were encountered due to cowboys who fitted previous boiler. But these were overcome and dealt with true professionalism. Eventually we had a brand new fully functioning boiler thanks to these two great guys. We can't thank you both enough and are so grateful for everything. We highly recommend using this fantastic company. We will not use anyone else from now on having found this gem of a company. Our old oil boiler went into rapid and near terminal decline at the end of November. We needed a replacement as soon as possible as it was leaking exhaust gases into the house and its efficiency had dropped dramatically. We decided on a Worcester Bosch (WB) replacement and so needed an approved WB installer. I rang ten of the nearest from the WB approved list and managed to speak to only three. Fortunately one of them was Rob Waring of Midland Central Heating. He was extremely helpful, positive, and friendly on the phone, offering to inspect and quote within a few days (others couldn’t inspect for several weeks) He duly arrived at the appointed time and I was immediately impressed by his knowledgable and approachable manner. He quickly and efficiently sized up the job and his quote arrived a few hours later ! He also, remarkably, gave a start date to install before Xmas. Result!!! On the appointed day, Mike, one of Rob’s principal oil boiler installers, arrived on time and worked tirelessly in sub-zero temperatures for the next three days to overcome a challenging old system and hostile weather conditions with good cheer and a can-do attitude that did not flag. Rob was also there to guide and suggest ways to overcome the inevitable snags and to bolster our spirits. We are now two days into the new boiler being commissioned and are basking in warm comfort before Xmas and the family arriving thanks to Rob and Mike. Rob has given us confidence that any problems that might arise in the future will be properly diagnosed and dealt with by his team. Rob replaced a combi boiler for my mum and was super helpful in dealing with us. At the time he followed up by checking everything was okay and the office called to arrange checks. Rob was brilliant with Mum - explaining and checking that everything was set up and how she needed it. He is a patient explainer. The price and service were great. With the recent extreme cold snap, we had a problem with the boiler shutting down due to a fault. Rob responded swiftly and remembered mum and also that she has hearing difficulty. He patiently talked her through emergency resets and when he spotted that it was a condensate pipe issue came out very quickly and resolved it. He made sure that he checked that mum had adequate other heat sources and did everything to reassure both her and myself. Could not recommend highly enough.
