I came across Midland Cars Online as I was looking to buy a Mercedes Vito Van with a tailgate back to convert into a self build camper. I then viewed the van in person and it was in great condition so I bought the van. There was great, friendly service throughout from Max and he was really helpful in answering any questions I had regarding the vehicle. However, whilst I was driving the van home, it didn’t feel like it was the right vehicle for me as I wasn’t used to driving a manual panel van as I’d been used to driving an Automatic Golf for years. I then addressed the situation to Max later in the day asking if there is anything we can do and he understood the situation, kindly giving me a full refund on the vehicle. I really appreciated this from Max. I highly recommend Midland Cars Online as the service is excellent!
