I am delighted with the 2nd hand static caravan that I received from Midland Caravans. The customer service; before purchase, during the organisation of the sale and transport and after delivery have been outstanding from William. I would recommend anyone to use this company. William sent videos of the caravan before purchase as I couldn't attend in person, he replaced curtains poles just so they matched without me asking him to, he kindly arranged his team to purchase and collect plywood for the siter, from a local building merchant. Anything to help, and was always on hand to answer my questions. Outstanding customer service, highly recommend. I'm gushing here but simply over the moon with the caravan and process.

Excellent service from both Daniel & his Father William. No pressure whatsoever when we were looking at their statics & a price agreed that suited us both. Delivery was delayed as a result of the COVID lockdown but again helpful throughout. Our thanks also go to the delivery guys from Hanson’s at Hull organised by Daniel who were extremely helpful dropping the static exactly where we wanted it. Will certainly use both companies again. Full marks!
