Good and Not so Good Good - The mechanical Bike fit completed by Dan was excellent, reducing pain I was experiencing on the base of my right foot and knee area, the bike felt far more comfortable once the fit was complete, Dan certainly knows his stuff and was a pleasure to work with. Not so Good - After discussing the analytical data and bike measurements during the fit Dan advised these would be e-mailed after chasing these numerous times (from 6th June to 6th August) by phone and mail (Dan advertises these will be supplied as part of the bike fit cost of £130) I have now given up - a very dis-appointing end to what was a good experience, will probably advise my 2 riding buddies to go elsewhere for their bike fits in September.

I started suffering with a severe pain down the outside of my right leg after around 40 miles of cycling ,I phoned MBF and spoke to the owner Dan Cox and booked a session ,upon arrival I received a warm and friendly greeting by Dan ,after a chat and a bit of form filling it was down to business. With my Bike attached to the turbo trainer I was happily peddling away whilst Dan set up video cameras so as to be able to watch my pedal stroke ,It was soon apparent that my cleats were in the wrong position and quite a bit of time and a lot of care was taken by Dan to make sure they were fitted correctly ,I also needed a different inner sole due to me having a high arch ,after the cleats were fitted it was back on the bike for another session ,I peddaled whilst Dan worked his magic on the computer measuring various different angles ,whenever Dan was doing anything he always explained A, what he was doing and B,what difference it would make ,Dan made a lot of adjustments to my bike and it instantly felt different ,we chatted about different things during the session , he's really easy to talk to ,a couple of days later I was able to get out for a ride ,the leg pain I was suffering from had practically gone , the second and all subsequent rides I can now say I've had NO pain at all . well Done MBF ,a highly recommend outfit and first class service ,10/10

I had a bike fit session with Dan in October 2014. I was just getting into cycling and before this, wasn't really aware of just how important a proper fitting bike was. A lot of time was spent going through all the key angles as I rode and we ended up changing quite a lot in order to find a better, more comfortable riding position. I took two different bikes along and Dan was able to adjust both. I'm now training for a full Ironman in 3 months time and I'm glad to say I haven't experienced any major issues so far with the training, probably down to having a proper fitted bike... Thanks Dan

I can't recommend MBF enough, I've used them twice now and both times it's taken my cycling forward, both in terms of performance and injury prevention, Dan is a top guy too...... Give MBF a try, if you ride regularly you'll definitely be glad you did.....

Having purchased a new bike for the triathlon season I wanted to make sure it was as comfortable and performance enhancing as possible. On recommendation from a few club riders I gave Dan a call and arranged a bike fit. Overall I was impressed with the experience and have felt more confident in my new bike set up. Spent a good 2 hours having an extensive and personalised bike fit for my road bike. I thought I had it pretty perfect, but with the computerised approach including all the angle analysis on legs arms etc with multi view videos, and a really good fact find from Dan, we have made some excellent improvements. Well worth the money with such a talented guy, many thanks! Highly recommended.
