I bought a bath screen from mbd bathrooms. The product description states that the item will be delivered within 7 days. A week later I received a voicemail from the courier stating that the item will be delivered next Monday. Next Tuesday I contacted the courier to find out why my item was not delivered. I was told that the item was damaged. Mbd told me that the pallet was dropped but my item was most likely fine and that it will be delivered to my house. I asked for a refund, as I could not wait any longer, also considering that a further delay was possible if the item was damaged. Mbd refused to refund me. They said that “if when the item arrives is damaged, when the item is back with us we can issue you a full refund”. I contacted the courier to find out when the item will be delivered. The courier said that the item arrived at their depot completely destroyed and it was returned to Birmingham. They should not be allowed to trade. Avoid

Absolute joke of a company . Ordered a screen a week ago, paid a massively inflated delivery charge to get it in time . Had to chase the order with multiple phone calls, after constant calls was told today that they don't do it anymore and haven't for a while . Wonder how long the refund will take . AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
