Absolutely rubbish, boots with no zip not water resistant. Complained and was told to wear cotton socks and to spray with a waterproofer, which we did but did not make any difference. Still waiting a reply!!

Love the Alice Blazer I bought, It's really good quality just a little big as I read the reviews saying they were a small fit so ordered larger thinking I'd need to for extra layers. I'd say the fitting chart is true to fit. I live in NZ and the service was great, didn't take long to arrive, was actually here before estimated time. Will probably buy another one in a smaller size when available.
