23.02.23 update. Took 2 weeks of calling at 8am to get a face to face doctors appointment here. Not even worth one star. Shocking when you ring the doctors many times and you keep getting an automated message that they cannot take your call. Awful service when you are trying to get any support or help when needed. This needs to improve vastly and promptly improved for patients support and care. This has been an issue for years now even before Covid. Does the practice manager read these comebts

Not even worth one star rang loads of times for them to cut me off worst care ive ever received for my son! Please dont register here if you want at least half decent care especially for their children and mental health very rare they do a prescription on time and a couple of times theyve told us our son is fine but soon been hospitalised

Shocking surgery booked my daughters injections sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes for the nurse to come out and tell me that because my daughter had her flu nasal spray a few week prior she couldn’t have the injection. I tried to book this over a period of two weeks to fit around my job!! I was told she could have them the week later I booked in at the reception with two of the receptionists who gave me 7.30am and told me they would over ride the system to have the appointment! I rang today to confirm the appointment as I received no reminder text to be told that an appointment was booked but the nurse was on annual leave so they don’t know why it was done. I’ve emailed the practice manager not interested in the slightest. This surgery has gone down hill! Messing patients about, asking elderly patients if they can go to another practice, have no idea of what they are doing, booking system is all over need to get a grip of this surgery it’s beyond a joke

Always takes about 40 rings at 8am to get through for same day appointment then there arnt any. I've previously requested appointments for my babies and been told there arnt any and to ring out of hours or try next day but website states should get same day if children. Prescriptions have been rejected but I've not been contacted to be told why so delayed longer.repeat Prescriptions can take 48 hours to process but you'd think if you request it on a Thur they would try and get done before the weekend. Numerous times I've asked for double the prescription and receptionist has put a note to doctor but never gets done. Each time I saw a different doctor about my babies problems they had not read the history so I had to explain over and over from what happened since birth over about 8 weeks when it was all there written down from past appointments. It's just a terrible service and very stressful. Safe to say I'm registering elsewhere now.

I phoned at 8:00 in the morning got a appointment the same day at 15 :30 hrs I was seen by a female doctor who was very nice, and under standing, she sent me to hospital had x rays nothing broken she gave me a prescription went boots the chemist had to wait 1/2 hour before a member of staff came to get my prescription ,then was told it would be 1/2 A hour before it would be ready,i would not recommend any to use boots the chemist to get a prescription staff are very arrogant and not help full
