To be completely honest I love the arena the gym is lovely lots of nice people and staff plus there are many things that the gym has to offer from a weight lifting station to a amazing selection of stomach toning sections there are treadmills and plenty of bikes for everyone it does get a little busy are 3 but no matter what there is always equipment available weather it’s downstairs or upstairs and there’s a good kids gym and a huge swimming and a children’s pool to accompany it.

Yesterday I went middleton arena with my mates and the staff are lovely i remember 2 of there names the receptionist Anne and Trevor they are amiazing I’ll be going again loads more ❤️
