(Translated by Google) A must see for table service lovers. The Burleigh Factory shop offers a very wide variety of ceramics. The place is emblematic of the glorious past of this factory that can be visited. The blackened red brick buildings give us the impression of being immersed in a Charles Dickens novel. The short break around a tea completed the visit.

A fantastic day out. We had booked on both the factory tour and the heritage tour. The gentleman that showed us around on the factory tour was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions. Very interesting, really worth doing. The heritage tour is self led, however when we went to obtain the required fob to access the places on the tour, a lady asked if we'd like her to take us round some of the places on the tour, which was lovely. She was able to provide us with more information than if we'd gone round on our own, and we were able to go back to the places she'd taken us to afterwards using our fob to have another look at things if we wanted to. Definitely worth visiting.
