Slooooooooooooowwwwww. Called 6 months ahead in the winter and checked availability for a mower service. After being told I'd need to book ahead I called again in January and locked in an April service. Dropped it off on the day and 2 weeks later they still hadn't touched it. Guy half laughed on the phone when I asked if it was ready. After a month still untouched I told them not to bother. When I picked it up I was told "if you still want it done bring it back in and we'll do it straight away" (Yeah sure you will!). Why bother booking in so far ahead if you aren't going to do it? Wont bother trying again.

Called up in a bit of a panic to have a starter cord replaced on an old push mower, was told to come on down and they would repair while I waited. After the cord was replaced (in record time) it was discovered after a lot of trial and error to get it to start that my mower had, in fact, gone to the great mower yard in the sky. The guys set me up with a new second hand mower, took the other away for scrap and I left with a better set up than when I arrived. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Having had problems starting my mower from hot and with uneven running, I took it to Midhants Mowers who not only sorted out the starting but as a result of their expertise, the mower now runs faster (it takes less time to mow the lawn!), uses less fuel and it now runs better than it has done for years. A really great job done at an extremely reasonable price. Thanks very much to the team.
