Ordered a part that had some very small and fragile details that I was worried about becoming lost during the print process. The website was well put together enough to warn me that some of the thicknesses might be too thin resulting in a poorer quality print, but Elliot checked over the design and assured me it would come out fine. The part arrived extremely quickly. The full process from uploading my model to holding it my hand took 3 days! I opted for black resin. The piece looks amazing and you can’t even tell it’s been printed. The details were well preserved and whilst brittle (a property of resin, not a flaw of the product), it’s certainly sturdy enough for my use-case. Overall, the communication, service and end product were nothing short of perfect. Exactly what I was wanting. Will happily use this company again.
