    What a waste of time and money. It took them 3 weeks to replace the battery of a Surface Book. I got extra charged for some parts because apparently the laptop wasn’t charging. The laptop is still not charging, although in their website they say the batteries have a year warranty, they ignored all the emails I sent them about this. After 3 weeks, you would expect that they had time to test the laptop. So, I’ve ended up paying a fortune and wasting a lot of time dealing with this guy to get a laptop that still can’t use. Then he took another laptop to give me a price and it took him 3 months to get back to me. Their customer services is appalling, they are not reliable and very difficult to trust.

    AVOID THIS GUY AT ALL COSTS! Sent my Surface Pro X in with a quote of battery port replacement valued at £280. The guy then tells me there is liquid damage to the battery (not true because I used it till it reached 0% so if the battery had liquid damage, it would have notnworked at all). As I’m a student, I tell him I cant afford anything above £280 as he has upped the price to £350. I politely ask him to fix it back together and return it to me but he asks for £85 for the check (which I agree) BUT HE WILL GIVE ME THE LAPTOP IN PIECES as its opened etc…?!?! He refused to put it back together unless I paid him the £350, take it back in its pieces by PAYING HIM £85 or he will buy it off me for £100. As I’m financially restricted, I had to take the £100 cash which took him 2 weeks to give. Cant believe you call yourself Muslim and act like this. CORRUPT BUSINESS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    Needed a battery replacement for a Surface pro 4 - existing batteries had swollen and pushed out one side of the screen. Tried Microsoft but as its 6 years old, they cannot do anything at all. Booked a home visit online, got a txt on the day confirming arrival time - he was going to be early - very handy. Ali dismantled the Surface pro, and showed me the swollen battery packs - horribly out of shape, I guess like an overcooked pop-tart. Switched them out, which needed almost a complete de-construction - no easy taks with everything crammed inside, but he explained all of what he was doing step by step, obviously knows what he's doing. So after about an hour, and one duff replacement swapped out (glad he carried an extra with him), all back together and working. Got some important guidelines not to leave it on charge all the time ( oops ). This is not something a home user could have attempted, and a hell of a lot cheaper than a complete replacement. Very happy with the service, easy to book, quick response time, and a fully working laptop again. Thanks Ali :)

    Overpriced at £450, 7 days to get a reply on progress and Surface Laptopnow has a shorter battery life then before. I would not use them again despite the claim that they are specialised for Microsoft Surface repairs
