I have gone through THREE Laptops and TWO mice in one year. Constant problems, terrible advice and support, one person tries to fix it the other person doesn't have a clue. They dont supply documents so I can send it in for repair. It's beyond stressful

This is a great place to go and see new Microsoft products and try them out. It’s in a great location at the intersection of Bond Street and Oxford Street and is very well laid out inside They have loads of things to see and test out and the staff are very friendly. If you want to try out the latest tech this is a great place to go.

Rubbish Service from the after sales warranty team The battery on my surface book2 broke after a couple of years. ( just outside my warranty). i then purchased a new computer via the warranty program but this came with only a 3 month warranty. in month four the same battery problem arose and microsoft only offer to buy a new computer with no desire to fix it. so in a nutsell: terrible battery life on Surface book2 and even worse client service

If your idea of visiting this Microsoft Experience Centre is walking into a daytime nightclub, then you've come to the right place. I wanted to take a good look at their laptops, try a few out, and ask a few questions. Instead,I was met with and engulfed in a bombardment of DJ music and sheer noise. How the hell are you to make an informed decision on such expensive products when you can't even hear the staff speak to you? I duely left and instead headed up to John Lewis that do have a far greater selection and a more relaxed atmosphere. Seriously, I'm not really sure what Microsoft is trying to achieve here. Positives? I guess the location of the store is excellent. That's really about it. Apple stores are miles ahead.
