Having used Microbuild on many of my projects I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. I have been renovating properties for eight years and have had many experiences with builders, both good and bad. From my first meeting with the team many years ago, I have been delighted with their professionalism, superb level of competency, dedication and highest of standards. The lads are always on site first thing and have never let me down. As they do in renovations plans always change and issues arise , however the lads are always proactive so issues are usually identified and resolved before they can become a problem. Safety on site is always paramount and nothing is ever too much hassle. I am using Microbuild on my current project and I will be using them again in the future. This Company firstly converted the house next door into a HMO. They used cowboy roofers that used no safety gear, threw tiles from the roof to the skip instead of a funnel pipe to avoid accidental damage to people, vehicles or property. Times came flying into my garden whilst I was in it with my dog. Again no safety rails or guards to prevent this from happening. They went over the boundary and built a dorma window over the roof boundary line. The street was full of dust cars covered cement being mixed outside my front door. Diabolical company.
