Trying to help this company in returning a scooter delivered in error to me. After wasting a lot of time on chat, both with a bot and a live agent, I then spoke to someone on the phone and arranged with them for the scooter to be picked up on Monday 2nd May before 6pm. Waited in all day, no one came. 😠 No contact since then to rearrange collection. Microscooters, it's sitting here waiting for you, but if it hasn't been collected at my convenience (I am, after all, doing you a favour here, not that you'd think it, judging by the attitude of your operatives!) by Friday 20th May, I will dispose of the item. I am not your unpaid storage facility!

Mixed experience for me… Good product. Good price. Arrived quickly. However, I’ve been charged twice for postage, and the response has been a bit lack lustre, which has left a bad taste in the mouth. Responded quick via WhatsApp, to confirm they will ‘check their PayPal, to see if I have been billed twice’. Maybe it’s just semantics, but their response appeared to be more about checking the validity of my claim than rectifying it. I provided bank statements showing the double charge. I’ve not heard back in over 24hrs, other than to ask me to leave a review, so I am… Hopefully they will resolve this so I can update my review. Worth noting that all their bad reviews seem to centre around shipping issues…

No one even contacted me. I waited for appointment at 9:30am , waiting time was more than one week. When no one called at 9:50 , I started chat with support centre. They promised that someone will contact me shortly. Unfortunately still no contact. Very disappointed. Scooter cost £450 ( electric/ hybrid) can not fix it myself. As its just stopped working and it is still under the warranty. So , service is very poor. Sad, for such previously respected by me brand .

After a couple of years of intensive use, my children's maxi scooters were pretty tired - wheels jamming, flashing lights not working etc. Before heading to the tip, I checked out the Micro Scooters web page and found that spares were available. I ordered the necessary parts which mostly arrived on time a few days later. When trying to fit the parts, I found that I could not remove the wheels from the scooter - the bolts were locked in place so tight that the allen keys supplied wore down instead of turning them....! However, help was at hand - I jumped on to the web chat and got through to Annie and Beverley who were really sympathetic. They arranged for both scooters and the new parts to be collected, serviced and returned by Matt and Lee of the service team. Matt & Lee were super helpful, communicated what would happen and what was required by text and phone, and kept me updated throughout. We now have 2 fully operational scooters (that also got a good clean :)) and as a result 2 x very happy kids (and parents). And best of all, no need to go to the tip - so no landfill. A really impressive service. Thanks to Annie, Beverley, Matt and Lee - really exceptional service.
