Fantastic help from both Chloe and Derek in choosing the right e-bike for my needs. After deciding the PDC was done very well and then after i had trouble removing the battery on getting the bike home Derek answered my email pretty much immediately, even though it was in the evening and after the store closing hours. Great service and i have the highest confidence that if i do have problems Derek and the service team will help me out without an issue. Thanks to the whole team
