Unfortunately, the bike I wanted did not fit my body type. Nevertheless I can't fault Prologue's approach and customer service, Jacob and Chris were great. They even managed to get me a test bike for a week! I would recommend Prologue and hopefully I can get a bike from them in the future.

I went to the café part of the shop on my bike. They have free-to-borrow bike locks and a metal bar to shang your bike up on outside. They provided excellent service and all the staff were friendly. They have nice bagels and delicious mochas; you are also provided with a free cup of water per person. The soft drinks are a bit overpriced though. It is also walking distance from Harrogate town centre, overall I would definitely go there again.
