Very unaccommodating - not what you would expect as representative of good customer service. I asked for a quote for a repair job. I was informed I would need to send some photos of the damage first - which I did. Then I was told he would need to come to my house to view the damage, which was not convenient for me in the interim... so I asked for just an 'indicative' quote for the time being until it's convenient to arrange a visit, and he refused! And told me to find another company!!! Not a good experience at all...
