  I don't leave solicitors reviews very often. I recently agreed a private sale for a client. The buyer's solicitor was Callum O'Doherty from Michelmores. He always promptly returned calls and in spite of a less than speedy vendor's solicitor and against the odds he still managed to exchange contracts before the end of the tax year, which really helped the vendor's tax treatment of the deal. Great result in challenging conditions thank you.

  First class service. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always accessible quickly by telephone or message for any query we may have. We viewed the property, paid the deposit and completed the purchase within one month, incredible. Ellie explained things clearly and the whole procedure was professional. Never used a firm of solicitors so switched on and despite not meeting the staff in person would not hesitate to recommend them for conveyancing.

I wish that the other solicitors from the vendor were as good as Michelsmore team, and it would have made the process of buying a property smoother.
