I first contacted Michelle in September 2021 to enquire about creating a bespoke engagement ring. From the very first consultation, (where Michelle patiently explained everything from materials to timelines) through to the in person collection and now the aftercare support, Michelle and her team have been beyond professional, they simply couldn't have done any better. The ring itself is gorgeous, they were able to completely capture what I was looking for. We went back and forth during the design process numerous times over many months as my work allowed, contact was always swift, personal and easy, the whole team were infinitely accomodating, professional and offered expert advice. My fiancée absolutely loves the ring and wants to also pass on a huge thank you to Michelle and the team.

Michelle and her team are amazing. They started consultation and design process with us while we were in Australia, keeping in contact at various hours that worked for us. She explained a lot about choosing the stone and settings, how it would sit on the hand so we now feel like amateur ring experts! I cannot say enough good things about Michelle and her team. My fiancé and I wanted to design a ring together, and we came to Michelle with just a few rough ideas of what we might want, and Michelle knew exactly what to do. She took our loose thoughts and translated them into countless amazing renderings of designs and ideas. She also has the patience and kindness of a saint! We were a total pain - asking for sooo many different tiny edits, alterations, and were so indecisive - but Michelle was only ever positive, gracious, kind, empathetic, and patient with us throughout the entire process. We are located in the US, so our communication was through video calls and Whatsapp, but every time we spoke, we felt such warmth from Michelle. She is so passionate and incredibly talented and it shows not just in her amazing rings, but in her personality too. She made us feel special, and we are so grateful that she is now forever part of our story. Lastly, we absolutely LOVE our ring.
