The experience with this agent is disgusting! They are extremely rude and sarcastic. I own many commercial properties and was looking to invest further. I managed to arrange a viewing although was very put off by the initial telephone conversation with the customer service I received. When the agent arrived at the property he was extremely rude. He did not even greet me he just walked straight past me as though he didn't see me and just opened the lock. He did not speak to me once. He didn't offer to even show me around the property instead stood in the corner quietly. When I had finished looking around the property I asked a couple of questions where I then received one word answers. I have never In my life has been so disappointed and furious with the service this company provides. When I went to put an offer on the property again they were extremely rude and because of that reason I will NEVER use this agent and I would strongly recommend any landlord who is looking to sell their property to not use. RUDE throughout the whole process.
